Artist biography / 001
Built for Bass. Driven by Music. Crafted by Hand.
For more than 25 years, Kevin Louden—professionally known as DJ LOWA—has dedicated himself to DJing and the culture of sound.
As the founder and owner of Sound Level Bass Music, LOWA brings together two complementary passions: performing music and creating the speaker cabinets that deliver it.
A sought-after speaker cabinet builder and master woodworker, Kevin's talents extend beyond the DJ booth. His craftsmanship represents a hands-on understanding of the physical side of sound, connecting his musical experience with the construction of custom audio equipment.
His history in Colorado's electronic music scene includes archived listings for The Gathering — Color of Light at Denver's Aztlan Theater and a Global Dance Lily Stage schedule, pending his confirmation. His featured SoundCloud mix, Kingdom of Bass Vol. 1, offers listeners an introduction to his musical identity.
Whether behind the decks or working in the shop, DJ LOWA represents a distinctive combination of musical experience, technical craftsmanship, and dedication to bass culture.
